Forgotten password

Telephone a JIOCC Central Administrator. They issue a new temporary password while you are on the line, and you choose your own when you next sign in.

Your old password stops working the moment the new one is issued, so it is done with you on the telephone rather than left waiting.

There is no emailed reset link. Accounts on this system are reset by a named administrator, and every reset is written to the audit trail with their name against it.
